On February 22nd, 2018 Martin gave an invited talk on “Digital Platforms and Inequality” at the Symposium Examining Race and Economic Inequality on the 150th Anniversary of the Birth of W.E.B. Du Bois and the 50th Anniversary of the Assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. at Clark Atlantic University.

With a few years of experience with various types of streamlined licensing procedures, most experts say it is still unclear what overall impact they have had on the creation of university start-ups or their overall return-on-investment.
