Elisabeth got her PhD in Technology and Innovation Management at the University of Regensburg, Germany. She conducted research on new products in the digital world and focused on digital innovation processes in the automotive industry. After being a management consultant in the automotive industry for three years she is now using her expertise in managing innovation with the Lufthansa Group.

She is currently a professor at Jiaxing University in China. Her research field is science and education innovation management. She has published more than thirty papers and two books.

Han Zhang

Han has been an assistant professor at the School of Marxism, Communication University of China since 2015. Her research focus is on Technology Transfer Policy, Science Culture, and Governing New Technology. She received a PhD in Philosophy of Science and Technology from the Institution of Science, Technology and Society, School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University in 2014. She was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Philosophy of Science at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2014-2015.
